Terms and Conditions of Super Bean International Pte Ltd’s Bean It & Sure-Win It 2019 promotion

Eligibility:

(A) This promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreign citizens residing in Singapore with a valid NRIC/FIN number except employees and immediate families of Super Bean International Pte Ltd and Mr Bean International Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and partners involved.

Promotion Period:

(B) The Promotion period shall be from 04 Nov 2019 – 20 Dec 2019

Mechanics:

(C) Customers will receive one instant sure-win card with a minimum spend of $5 nett (excluding voucher purchases and corporate orders) in a single receipt (excluding Mr Bean Jewel Changi Airport, Sentosa, Yishun Polyclinic and online orders via Grabfood and Foodpanda). Sure-win card(s) should be obtained immediately after each purchase in-store except Grabfood and Foodpanda and will not be reissued afterwards.

Issuance of sure-win card is not applicable in conjunction with any product discount cards or vouchers in kind.

Prizes

(E) All prizes are non-transferable and prize (B – L) cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items that are not stated in the card.

(F) Prize Redemption: Prize A & B: Present the original valid winning card at 705 Sims Drive, Shun Li Industrial Complex #04 – 16B, Singapore 387384 from 04 Nov 2019 – 31 Dec 2019 to redeem your prize. Opening hours 10:00am – 05:00pm from Mondays to Fridays only. Closed on public holidays. Customers may call our head-quarter at 6844 2298. Prize C – L: Present the original valid winning card at any Mr Bean stores in Singapore except Jewel Changi Airport, Sentosa and Yishun Polyclinic, unless otherwise stated, from 04 Nov till 31 Dec 2019 (except Prize G – valid for redemption till 31 Jan 2020) for redemption. Prize H – L: For the product discount cards, it is only applicable for the next transaction. Winners need to present the original valid winning card prior to payment at the store(s). Multiple winning cards can be redeemed at the same time. It is not applicable in conjunction with any promotions or vouchers in kind.

(G) Instant sure-win card(s) will be retained by the store(s) or the prize fulfillment centre(s) once the prize(s) has been claimed. Each winning card can be used to claim one prize only.

(H) Instant sure-win card(s) which is damaged or tampered with in any manner will not be valid for any prize redemption (“Invalid Card”). No replacement card will be issued for any Invalid Card or any lost card.

(I) Customers are required to redeem the prize(s) within the specific prize redemption date(s). If any prize is unclaimed after the specific prize redemption date, the prize will be considered forfeited and dealt with at Mr Bean’s sole discretion without further notice to the winner. Photographs of the prizes in the promotional leaflet or any other communication materials are for reference only.

(J) Super Bean International Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prizes awarded during the Promotion.

(L) The terms and conditions for this Promotion may be revised from time to time at Mr Bean’s sole discretion without prior notice, and shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

(M) Super Bean International Pte Ltd may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

(N) All decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. Super Bean International Pte Ltd will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.

(O) By taking part in this promotion, you understand and accept without condition that Super Bean International Pte Ltd may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes by mail/email/phone/SMS, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
