1. Assistant Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements overall business development strategies and directions
  • Plans budget and sets KPIs for business development activities
  • Identifies and develops potential overseas markets
  • Prepares effective business proposals and makes presentations
  • Develops new overseas business opportunities
  • Responsible for contract negotiation and closing with potential business partners / franchisees
Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 4 to 5 years business development experience in a similar capacity
  • F&B experience will be added advantage
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Has good understanding of legalities relating to business development / franchise contracts
  • Prepared for frequent overseas travel.

2. Assistant Franchise Support Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts market intelligence surveys and generates regular market reports for management review
  • Ensures international standard managing operations procedures are in place for business performance optimization
  • Assists in completion and submission of RFQs and tenders
  • Coordinates all activities and correspondence related to franchise matters
  • Reads, understands and assists in interpretation and implementation of franchise regulations and contracts
  • Builds and maintains good rapport with franchisees for an effective working relationship

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in franchise support role
  • Well-versed with F&B business development / franchise
  • Knowledge of franchise business, regulations and contracts
  • Prepared for occasional overseas travel. 


3. Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Public relations which includes managing and coordinating press release, media interviews, presentation materials and award submissions
  • Responsible for matters relating to brand management
  • Be involved and participate in marketing initiatives / launching of new concepts
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years experience in similar role
  • Experience in F&B added advantage
  • Tertiary education in Marketing or equivalent
  • Able to work independently 
  • Creative and able to manage tight deadlines
  • Team player 

4. Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Works with Marketing department to identify marketing segment and trends
  • Creates and be accountable for client proposals, contracts
  • Develops sales process to achieve sales targets for targeted clientele base
  • Drives sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients
  • Achieves and manages sales targets
  • Manages sales for company’s e-shop merchandise, cash vouchers, corporate sales & events
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in sales / marketing or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in corporate sales with proven record of sales achievement
  • Experience in on-line merchandise sales 
  • Positive, self driven and strong client management skills
  • Bilingual with ability to read and write Mandarin
  • Singaporeans/PRs only. 

5. Marketing Assistant (Merchandising)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for conceptualization, development and production of full range of in-house merchandise, including planning of budget and pricing strategy
  • Frequent review, evaluation, and selection of new suppliers, including visits to manufacturers
  • Analysis of current merchandise trends and customers’ needs and wants
  • Manages and maintains stock / inventory of merchandise
  • Responsible for merchandise display in special stores
  • Tracks orders and shipments
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or equivalent with relevant experience
  • Working experience in F&B will be added advantage
  • Able to work independently and with initiative
  • Bi-lingual with ability to handle Chinese correspondence
  • Singaporeans / PRs only

6. Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Processes and verifies invoices.
  • Updates monthly stock-take.
  • Carries out bank reconciliations
  • Prepares monthly payments
  • Maintains audit schedules and fixed assets register
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
  • Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
  • 1 to 2 years accounting experience
  • knowledge of SAP / MYOB is preferred.

7. Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the construction/ building of new stores and refurbishment/ revamp of stores
  • Manages scope resources and schedule to meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Identifies and anticipates risks that may impact schedules and propose solutions
  • Manages conflict resolution
  • Monitors and regularly reports project progress to senior management
  • Provides technical support to users in all project-related issues and helps them to make sound decisions
  • Liaises with contractors / vendors for competitive pricing and quality output
  • Works closely with all departments to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree in Building or civil engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in F&B industry
  • Sound technical knowledge and able to read diagrams / blueprints
  • Some mechanical / electrical knowledge would be added advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Conversant in and able to handle correspondence in Mandarin
  • Singaporeans / PRs only.
