1. Area Manager
 
Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages daily operations of more than 30 outlets
  • Trains and motivates outlet supervisors / staff to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in F & B operations and 3 years in a managerial role 
  • Willing to work long hours and shifts
     
2. Purchasing Executive
 
Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of purchasing process
  • Plan, procure and secure best terms and conditions for all purchases
  • Constantly looking for new supplies, new products and new ideas
  • Monitor, review and develop supplier performance in the area of quality, cost & delivery
  • Monitor supply chain and ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Posses good negotiation and communication skills
  • Assist manager in the day to day activities
  • Able to take on adhoc task assignment and willing to work closely with stakeholders
  • Familiar with import/export shipping procedures 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma and above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Tech or Purchasing
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of purchasing experiences in F&B industry
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and with tight schedules
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A good team player
 
3. General Manager (Operations)
 
Responsibilities
  • Full operational oversight of 'Mr Bean' brand / products
  • Responsible for profit & loss and strategies to extend the company's visibility and growth in terms of market share and brand positioning
  • Leads adn manages business resources and financial control efficiently to generate maximum growth for the company
  • Overseas and administers development of new products and services
  • Prepares and executes long and short term plans, budgets and forecasts to achieve and exceed business objectives
  • Spearheads initiatives for improvement in relation to operations, customer service and manpower management
  • Leads and manages a team of operational management staff 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent tertiary education
  • 7 to 8 years experience in a senior management position, in the F&B industry
  • Sound knowledge of F&B operations with strong communication and good organizational skills 
  • Analytical and result-oriented with ability to complement the operations team and provide business directions
 
4. Assistant Operations Manager
 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of more than 30 outlets 
  • Leads and manages ops team to achieve sales targets
  • Develops strategic business plans to improve existing operations 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of F&B management experience with at least 5 years in managerial position running a chain of food outlets

  3. Result-oriented with good leadership and communications skills
